Julie is the best at gel nail design and she is very good at picking the right colors that satisfy me. I have known Julie for almost 10 years and she always puts a smile on my face whenever she does my nails, even to this day. Manhattan Nail and Spa is the best nail salon and I definitely recommend this place to anyone who has not went there already.
